Meet the pack

Astra embodies the wild and free spirit we know and love about bush dogs. Astra is a Black Mouth Cur Dog that was rescued as a puppy from some people that lacked her best interested. We got her in a home depot bucket and she barely fit in your hands. She was originally called "tiny small" before we gave her the name Astra. If we kept with the theme she could have been called "Mighty Brave". She is a fearless, high energy, loving dog, that would truly go to the end of the earth for her pack and smile while she does it.

Trouble was rescued from a situation where his previous owner had passed away, his brother was adopted separately and Trouble was the last man standing. Left in the house only to be visited once a day for a few minutes to be fed and let outside for potty. His present was lonely but we knew his future was bright and meant to be with us and the pack. Despite his name he is an obedient, loving, no trouble at all dog, with hilarious tendencies like taking his favorite toy potty with him. One of his favorite things to do is visit with his Grandma and watch TV on "his" couch.

Rocky was found on death row in a "kill shelter", because of his sweet, gentle nature, and the story his eyes and body told, the shelter couldn't come to put him down after a long 4 months in a shelter that most dogs dont last more than a month. We rescued him on valentines day emaciated and kennel depressed. It took him a while to break out of his shell but we nursed him back to health and now he is the wise man of the pack, often known as Papa!  Now he is given enough love to where everyday is like valentines day for Rocky.
